Holiday Season requires minimum night stays: December 26, 2012 through December 31, 2012 has a 5 night minimum on condos, 3 night minimum in Selkirk or White Pine Lodge. All stays the night of February 15, 2013 must be 2+ night stays.
Terms and Conditions:
• First Night Deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full payment is due if booked 30 days or less prior to arrival.
• If cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, first night's deposit is non refundable.
• Reservation is fully non refundable if cancelled inside 30 days of arrival.
