Kids Lessons

At the Schweitzer Ski & Ride Center, we're all about fun and  adventure for the kids. We provide quality childcare and exciting kids  programs for those between four months and 12 years old. Each program  is a perfect combination of organized instruction, individualized  attention and outrageously good times. Check out this video and learn some ways to make your trip to the mountain even easier.

Kinderkamp On the Mountain (ages 4-6)

Part ski camp, part adventure camp. Kinderkamp is an all day  interactive experience. Our team of professional instructors combine  ski lessons with a timely, indoor recreation break where the kids get  to play, create art, and relax in our licensed daycare.

Mountain Riders (ages 7-12)

If you're 7 to 12 years old and aren't afraid to have fun, then  you already are a Mountain Rider at heart. Our imaginative and  energetic coaches think that it's more fun when it's all about you. We  meet in the morning and the adventures never end.

Mountain Xplorers (ages 5-8) Multi-Day Program

Mountain Xplorers is a flexible, multi-week program that includes coaching, a season pass, NASTAR pass, and gear check. This program allows for the option to choose from a range of dates and lesson length and caters to the younger Funatic sibling ages 5 to 8.

Funatics (ages 7-14) 8 Week Program

Keep your kids fired up about skiing.  Get them connected with a  group of skiers of similar ability and spend eight weeks exploring all  the mountain has to offer. The group and their coach stay together for  the entire program to maximize the fun AND the learning. This is an  all-day program from 9:30-3:30.
